SANJEEV KUMAR MAHAJAN, Ph.D., is Professor of Public Administration at Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, India. He has held various positions, including Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences and Dean of Student Welfare. He has received medals for standing first in MA and M.Phil. in Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. Sanjeev has presented at the national and international conferences worldwide. He has about 50 publications including six books which count two edited books.
ANUPAMA MAHAJAN, Ph.D., is a freelance researcher and writer in public administration. She has served as a postdoctoral fellow at Himachal Pradesh University. She has written seven books in the discipline, published by international publishers, and also, contributed several research articles in international journals.
