Nira Konar, PhD, is Associate Professor of English, and Head of the Department of Humanities, College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat (affiliated to MAKAUT and approved by AICTE).
Dr. Konar has more than 24 years of full time teaching experience. She is an academician, and has been Principal Investigator of a World Bank funded project on Innovative teaching and learning.
The author has made several presentations on English Language Teaching and Learning both in India and abroad. She is also the author of 'English Language Laboratories—A Comprehensive Manual', published by PHI Learning.
