SANDEEP GOEL, Senior Professor of Accounting and Finance at Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon, holds double Doctorate, one in Finance; and another in Accounting from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. Having an industry and academic experience of over 25 years in different organizations/institutions including Shri Ram Group, University of Delhi and MDI, he is a Management Trainer and Consultant to leading organizations. His areas of teaching and research interests are Financial Reporting and Analysis¸ Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, Corporate Governance and Earnings Management.
