NEERAJ MEHTA is a Professor of Physics at the prestigious Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He obtained his MSc degree in Physics from the C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur, and completed his Ph.D. from the Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur. He has published more than 200 research papers in different reputed international journals and attended various national and international conferences. He has completed four major projects and produced six PhDs.
Dr. Mehta has authored several books for the students of undergraduate courses. He is also a referee for various journals of international repute. He is a life member of the Indian Association of Physics Teachers and the International Forum of Chalcogeniders.
