JATINDER LOOMBA, (Ph.D.) is a visiting faculty, Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior. She has a vast and rich corporate experience spanning 15 years in the field of finance including stock market (equity and derivatives), portfolio management, financial planning, budgeting, etc. Her areas of expertise include management of banking and insurance, risk management and insurance planning, mergers and acquisition, financial management, accounting principles for managers and fundamentals of management. Ms. Loomba has published many papers in various national and international journals. Her repertoire includes presentations at various academic and professional conferences. She is also a life member of All India Management Association (AIMA).
