SUBIMAL BHATTACHARYA was a Faculty at IISWBM, Calcutta. A Former Vice-President of Wesman Engineering Co. Ltd., Mr. Bhattacharya designed and installed the Quality Management System for the plant. His contribution to the industry spanning over 40 years includes designing and developing systems for streamlined Operations Management. He also offered consultancy services in the field of Quality Management and Quality Control to various technical organizations like TISCO and DEMAG, Germany, and served as a technical adviser in HiTechMica to help them set up the plant producing mica sheets and board. He has also worked as a consultant at Rourkela Steel Plant, and Swaraj Steel Plant, and guided Mechanical Engineers throughout his tenure.
