O.C. FERRELL is chair of the Department at Marketing and co-director of the Center for Business Ethics and Social Issues at Colorado State University. He is currently serving as the marketing ethics and values section editor for the Journal of Macromarketing.


ROBERT A. PETERSON is Associate Dean for research and holds the John T. Stuart III Centennial Chair in Business Administration in the McCombs School of Business. He is former editor of the Journal at Marketing Research and Research and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. He has authored more than 150 articles and books.
