B. RAMA KRISHNA RAO is Professor of Faculty of Informatics, Addis Ababa University, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, working under the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He has more than two decades of teaching experience in various universities in India and abroad. Dr. Rao teaches computer engineering and information technology courses.
