SHASHIDHARAN K. KUTTY (Ph.D.) is the Deputy Director, Banking, Finance and Insurance at AICAR Business School. He has been associated with AICAR since 2003, where he set up and has headed the finance division. He has also been associated with Trinity Academy for Corporate Training (in insurance and finance), Ltd. Mumbai. Dr. Kutty served for about two decades as a manager and facilitator at both operational and corporate levels in the life insurance industry. He was also a researcher at the National Insurance Academy, Pune where he completed his doctorate in financial management.
