Sanjay Saxena, Ph.D. in Business Administration, is Professor and Chairperson of the Center for Digital Learning at the School of Management Sciences, Varanasi. With 33 years of global experience in corporate and academia, Dr. Saxena has delivered over 300 technical sessions on Organizational Leadership, Life Management Skills, Strategic Management, Selling Dynamics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Transactional Analysis at various organizations in India and abroad. He has authored eight books in management and related areas that have received significant acclaim from readers.
Purnima Awasthi, Ph.D., is Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. She has eight years of teaching experience. Dr. Awasthi has published many articles and research papers in reputed national and international journals, as well as presented a number of papers in various seminars and conferences.
