R. RAJESH, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Operations Management & Decision Sciences at IIM Tiruchirappalli, Tiruchirappalli, India. Earlier, he worked at ABV—Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India. He has completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai, and has obtained a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Trivandrum, India. He is presently working in the areas of supply chain management, risk management, resilience, sustainability, decision-making, uncertainty modelling, and grey theory. He has over 4000+ citations Google Scholar and is a Senior Associate Editor of the journal, Marketing Intelligence & Planning, Emerald (ABDC A; Impact Factor 3.6; CiteScore 8.0). The new causal/influence modelling techniques, Grey Influence Analysis (GINA) and Grey Causal Modelling (GCM) were proposed by him in 2023 to address the complex causal modelling situations based on the aid of grey systems theory. Also, he was recognized as among the top researchers in the world in the area of supply chain resilience and is listed consecutively in the world's top 2% of scientists, which is compiled by Stanford-Elsevier (single recent years) in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, considering the subject field, Operations Research. He was also listed in the career long achievement category in the same list in 2024.
