A.K. Das Mohapatra, Ph.D. (Finance), D.Litt. (Corporate Governance) is the former Vice-Chancellor of Odisha State Open University. A Professor of Management, Dr Das Mohapatra served as Head and Dean of Business Administration in Sambalpur University. He has over 37 years of teaching, research and consultancy experience in management, and over 158 research papers, 3 Indian Patents, and 8 books to his credit, including a book on ‘Corporate Financial Management’. His areas of interest include Strategic Financial Management, Management of Financial Services, Corporate Governance, Strategic Management and Business Policy, and Accounting.
