Antennas and Wave Propagation - ABOUT AUTHOR(S)


R.L. YADAVA, Ph.D., is Professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He received his doctorate degree in Electronics Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University. He joined Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) University, Vellore, in 2001 and served as Head of the Microwave Division, Coordinator (R&D) and Coordinator (UG) of Electrical Sciences. During his service at VIT University, he was deputed as visiting faculty to Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), Kigali, Rwanda, Centre Africa.

Dr. Yadava has organized several guest lectures, short-term training programmes and conferences sponsored by DST and AICTE, Govt. of India, in the field of microwave and antennas. He has 150 publications to his credit in International/ National Journals, Conferences and Symposiums. His research areas include: waveguides, microwaves, microstrip antennas; fractal antennas, superstrate loaded antennas, metamaterial antennas and Rectennas.
