MAHENDRA KUMAR JAIN, PhD, is Former Professor and Head, Department of Management at Amity University, Greater Noida. Earlier he served as Professor, Head of Commerce Department and Principal in Agrasen PG College, Sikandrabad (UP) affiliated to CCS University, Meerut. With nearly five decades of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, Dr. Jain has contributed several research papers to the national and international journals of repute and guided research scholars for their doctorate degree. His teaching interests include Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, and Financial Management.
RUCHIKA GUPTA, PhD, is a Professor and Head, Department of Management at Amity Business School, Amity University, Greater Noida. With nearly two decades of teaching experience, Dr. Ruchika has played a multi-faceted role being a teacher, trainer, mentor, and administrator. She has published business cases and research papers in national and international journals and has been granted several copyrights and patents. She is also serving as Reviewer, Advisory Board member and Editor of several Indexed Journals.
