Dr. Deepa Mehta is Associate Professor in Faculty of Education, Banaras Hindu University. She has teaching experience of more than 20 years. Her areas of specialization are Educational Management, Educational Psychology, Teacher Education and pedagogical issues in English Language Teaching and Learning. She has a large number of publications to her credit in national and international journals of repute. She has been a guide to several research scholars who have successfully completed their doctoral dissertations under her supervision. Educational Management and Theory Building in different domains of Teacher Education are of deep interest to her.
