PRITHVI SINGH KANDHAL, Associate Director Emeritus of the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT), Auburn University, Alabama, USA. He also served as Chief Asphalt Road Engineer of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for 17 years. He has led many highway related national and international organizations. He co-authored the first ever textbook in the US on asphalt road technology. He has developed many bituminous road construction related standards for the ASTM, BIS, and the Indian Roads Congress. Kandhal received the Lifetime Achievement Award in Asphalt Road Technology from the International Association of Asphalt Paving Technologists.
AMIRTHALINGAM VEERARAGAVAN, Former Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India. He has over 42 years of experience in teaching, research, and industrial consultancy. He has authored books on Surveying, Highway Engineering, Highway Materials and Pavement Testing, and Pavement Drainage.
RAJAN CHOUDHARY, Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India. With a Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee in Transportation Engineering, he has more than 15 years of combined experience in the areas of teaching, research, and highway construction. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India).
