M.N. Rao (PhD in Computer Science) is Professor, Computer Science and Engineering, Centre for Research & Development, SCET Engineering College, Narsapuram, Andhra Pradesh. He has also served as the Dean of the Narayana Engineering College, Nellore, and has more than two decades of experience in the field of teaching. Dr. Rao is a member of ISTE, India. He has published research papers in journals of international repute and his research interests include Mobile Computing, Data Mining and Biometrics.
