This Placement drive was conducted by PHI Learning for the recruitment of the students of B. Tech (CSE/IT/ECE) and MBA 2014 Passing out Batch. As many as 158 students of CT, PCTE Ludhiana, APJ College Jalandhar participated in this pool campus drive held at Manjit Kaur Auditorium, CT Group of Institutions Shahpur.
The selection process entailed a rigorous criterion of Aptitude Test on the basis of which the company have shortlisted 11 students, who would undergo final interview round with the company. After the successful completion of recruitment process, the students would be given the chance to work with a salary package of 3.5 Lacs per Annum.
Students who have participated in this placement drive told jointly that the attitude of the members of the selection team was very encouraging and on positive notes.
In the placement drive, the students were briefed about the company profile and made them aware that the company is solely after real devoted and talented job-seekers. Students said that it is really a big opportunity with the big enterprise of international repute. We hope that most of us will be selected as we had successful rounds of interview.
Expressing the views, Malaya Ranjan, Manager Acquisitions and Rajeev Das, Regional Sales Manager said that the company needs the hardworking, sincere and qualitative workforce. We would to recruit the talented ones for various challenging positions at the company.
Talking about this pool campus drive, Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman CT Group of Institutions, motivated students to keep on working hard and remain prepared for the important assignments through the company. Group Director of CT Group of Institutions, Dr Manoj Kumar said PHI Learning has an international presence, with a global spread of offices in various nations.
