About Author | JOLI BALLEW is a Microsoft MVP for Windows and holds many Microsoft certifications, including MCSE, MCTS, MCDST, and MCT. She is an award-winning, best-selling technical author of over 50 books. Joli has been working with computers, gadgets, and all things media since her freshman year in college in 1982, where, even then, she was aware of her interests and strengths and majored in computer science and systems analysis. Joli is the Microsoft IT Academic Coordinator at Brookhaven College in Dallas, Texas, where she also teaches.
